Secap™ Jet 1 Addressing and Imaging System
The Secap™ Jet 1 is not just an ordinary high production addressing and imaging system; it is designed to help professionals optimize the efficiency of their operations. The Secap™ Jet 1 high-end addressing system provides users with the ultimate solution for improving productivity by offering true synchronization among the feeder, base, and conveyor, which ultimately reduces the need for manual intervention and increases overall throughput. Synchronization of the system is achieved through a sophisticated control panel that provides a single dial to
control speed on the entire system. High capacity output is accomplished with the Secap™ Ultrafeed™ feeder, which uses patented dynamic rotation technology. The Ultrafeed™ can easily handle up to 3,000 #10 envelopes at a time, drastically reducing the amount of operator intervention required for processing large jobs.
At the heart of the system, is the Secap™ Jet 1 heavy-duty vacuum base. The base consists of a vacuum transport, print head assembly, seamless transport belt for better quality and wear, a fully integrated control panel, and outlets. The Secap Jet 1 is equipped with industry leading Hewlett Packard inkjet technology and is able to deliver print qualities from 150 x 600 dpi to 600 x 600 dpi yielding professional
looking mail every time. This system can deliver speeds up to 30,000 #10 envelopes per hour, depending on the print quality desired. The Secap™ Jet 1 offers customers versatility and can be configured with three different print options, 3", 4.5", or 6" image area, depending on the operational needs. This flexibility makes the Secap™ Jet 1 ideal for running a wide range of media sizes and types of jobs. The

 Secap™ Jet 1 Tabber
The Secap™ Jet 1 Tabber is a floor standing tabber designed to meet the tabbing, labeling, stamp, or decal affixing requirements of even the most demanding mailing professional. Easy to setup and capable of operating in-line or off-line, this tabber can apply single, double or triple tabs with ease. The Secap™ Jet 1 Tabber can apply tabs/labels at a rate of up to 30,000 per hour for single tabs on an 8.5" length product. This tabber can accept a wide range of media sizes (3" x 5" - 13.5" x 17") and thickness ranging from a 20# single sheet to 5/8". The Secap™ Jet 1 Tabber is the product of choice for serious mailers.
