Firmware and Driver Updates
Secap printers use three technologies to store the printer's firmware:
• EPROM
• Flash memory updatable using PC cards
• Flash memory updatable using a communication port
EPROM's replacement updates require tools and basic service knowledge. Flash memory technologies require no tools and no service skills to update. For information on Secap printers not listed, please fill out the technical request form or contact us at 1.800.809.8645.
