Q. How many sheets can you load into the fold & insert stations?

A. SI 1000 capacity is up to 80 sheets per feeder.

     SI 3300 capacity is up to 325 sheets per feeder.

     SI 3300 capacity is up to 100 sheets per insert feeder.

     SI 3500 capacity is up to 325 sheets per feeder.

     SI 3500 capacity is up to 300 sheets per insert feeder.

 

Q. How many envelopes can be loaded into the tray?

A. SI 1000 capacity is up to 60 envelopes.

     SI 3300 capacity is up to 100 envelopes.

     SI 3500 capacity is up to 300 envelopes.

 

Q. Will the Folder Inserter perform a "Z" fold?

A. Yes, the SI 3300 and SI3500 will fold a "Z" fold.

     The SI 1000 will only do a "C" fold.

 

Q. What is the maximum envelope size that can be inserted?

A. SI 1000 #10 only.

     SI 3300 and SI 3500 desktop models can insert #10's and 6X9 envelopes

 

Q. What is the maximum size of return envelopes I can use in my folder inserter?

A. # 9 envelopes.

 

Q. How many envelopes can be inserted an hour?

A. SI 1000 capacity is Up to 900 envelopes/hr fold & insert

     SI 3300 capacity is Up to 3000 envelopes/hr fold & insert

     Model 3500 capacity is Up to 3,500 envelopes/hr fold & insert
